4月26日，一场建筑届万众瞩目的盛会在中国·上海启幕。由TTIA天坛国际奖组委会主办、中国房地产设计专委会、筑者云库联合承办的“第3届TTIA天坛国际奖年度盛典暨全球建筑超级产品力峰会”成功举办，会上隆重举行了第3届TTIA天坛国际奖颁奖盛典仪式。

On April 26th, a highly anticipated event in the architectural field kicked off in Shanghai, China. The '3rd TTIA Award Annual Grand and Global Architecture Super Product Force Summit', jointly organized by the TTIA Award Organizing Committee, the China Real Estate Design Special Committee and Zhuzhe Cloud Library, was successfully held. At the ceremony, the 3rd TTIA Award Award Ceremony was grandly held.

第3届TTIA天坛国际奖收到来自国央企/品牌民企地产开发业主、政府机构、品牌业主及全球顶尖设计机构等126家机构申报的393件作品。经全体评委严谨的评审并结合智能AI的算法，最终评选出128件高品质的入围获奖作品。现正式发布“第3届TTIA天坛国际奖”获奖榜单，恭喜所有获奖作品！

The 3rd TTIA Awards received 393 entries from 126 institutions, including real estate developers from state-owned and central enterprises/brand private enterprises, government agencies, brand owners, and the world's top design institutions. After rigorous review by all the judges and in combination with the algorithms of intelligent AI, 128 high-quality shortlisted and award-winning works were finally selected.The list of winners of the 3rd TTIA Award is now officially released. RESIDENTIAL PROJECT

综合商办项目是城市功能复合的体现。通过设计高效的办公空间与多元的商业布局，优化交通与公共区域规划，达到整合资源，满足工作、消费、社交等多重需求的目标。

The comprehensive commercial project is the embodiment of the city function compound. Through the design of efficient office space and diversified commercial layout, optimize the planning of traffic and public areas, and achieve the goal of integrating resources to meet the multiple needs of work, consumption and social interaction.

Urban renewal projects promote sustainable urban development. Through the transformation of old buildings and the implantation of new functions, the urban spatial structure and style are optimized to achieve the effect of mining cultural value, revitalizing assets, and revitalizing the city.
