栋梁国际照明设计（北京）中心有限公司是专门从事城市及建筑照明规划设计的专业团体，由热衷于探索光环境设计理念的设计师许东亮为代表主持的中外专家和设计师组成的专业照明设计师团队。
公司本着建立以“和谐为本”的企业文化，以“速度，简约，守信，发展”的经营方针为导向，培养并吸收了众多来自多方面专业背景的充满创造力的人才，现在由我们规划设计的作品遍布全国很多城市和地区，已成为照明设计行业中的领军者，对推动照明设计行业的发展壮大起着积极的作用，深得学术界和社会各界的广泛认可。
公司同时配合大学照明方向的教学活动指导毕业设计，按纳本科及研究生的实习以提高对照明设计的认知，同时，参与国家研究机构的标准编制，并积极参与国内外的光环境学术交流。
As a professional firm specializing in city and architecture lighting planning and design, TORYO International Lighting Design (Beijing) Center Co., Ltd., with Mr. Dongliang XU as the Chief Representative, is made up of a galaxy of lighting designers from home and abroad who devoted to exploring light environment.
With “harmoniousness is the essential” as its corporate culture and “efficient, contracted, faithful, developing” as its business guideline, TORYO has cultivated and absorbed a number of talents from different professional fields. So far, the works planed and designed by TORYO have spread in many cities and regions across China, and TORYO, who has been extensively recognized by the academia and all circles of society, has become the leader in lighting design industry, playing an active role in promoting the development and expansion of the lighting design industry.
Assorting with the teaching activities of universities, TORYO provides guidance for graduation projects in lighting design, and offers internship opportunities for undergraduates and graduates to enhance their cognition to lighting design. At the same time, TORYO attaches itself to the formulations of standardization in national research organizations, and actively participates in national and international academic communications on light environment.

栋梁国际照明设计中心 总设计师
东南大学建筑系本科毕业，哈尔滨工业大学建筑系研究生毕业，曾赴日本从事设计工 作多年。主要从事城市照明规划，建筑照明设计，灯光艺术作品创作等，完成有数个中国城 市的照明规划和标志性建筑的照明设计。2005 年获“日本照明学会设计奖”，2012 年威尼 斯建筑双年展代表中国出展作品“光塔”。2015 年北京国际设计周中国建筑 1000 参展，2016 年获第 43 届 IES 建筑照明设计卓越奖，多次获国内照明设计奖。2017 厦门金砖会议期间夜 景照明总设计师，2018 青岛上合峰会期间城市照明提升总设计师。2020 荣膺 IDA 国际设计 金奖银奖，LIT 照明设计奖。
照明设计作品：哈尔滨大剧院、廊坊丝路文化交流中心、成都华润万象城、西湖文化中心、 南京市景观照明建设导则、郑州郑东新区总体规划、郑州郑西四个中心、北京大成国际中心、 无用生活空间、常德老西门、莲花酒店、西安丝路会展中心、珠海大剧院等。现为栋梁国际 照明设计中心主持设计师、中国照明学会理事。 光艺术作品有：光对话、光毯、光菩提、光阵列、光无限、光塔、万里江山（合作）、媒体·墙 等。
著作有：《光意象》、《光解读》、《光表达》、《亮城计》
